We recently stayed at the Normandy Hotel for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful. They provided us with a handy map and discount card for local museums. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and bars. The breakfast served was delicious and fresh. The rooms, although not as impressive as the beautiful downstairs foyer, were comfortable and met all our needs.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Its location was perfect, as it was in a quiet area but still close to the historic centre of Bruges. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with maps and recommendations for dinner. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, including a TV and free Wi-Fi. We also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, which was a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, ensuring we started our day off on the right foot.

The only downside we experienced was that the staff refused to give us an extra room key, citing tiredness from a long shift. However, this small inconvenience did not dampen our overall experience at this hotel.

I recently stayed at the Grand Normandy hotel for a few nights in Bruges. The hotel has recently been renovated and the room I stayed in was amazing. The swimming pool was a nice feature and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The hotel also offers free P+R parking, which is convenient and just a short walk away. The highlight of my stay was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable.

The hotel was very welcoming when we arrived. We asked for a twin room and were promptly given one. the hotel had a good ambiance and was kept clean. the breakfast offered plenty of choices and was fantastic. the staff were helpful, friendly, and greeted us whenever they saw us. Our room was cleaned daily and we were provided with fresh towels. the location was convenient, being near a parking place and the city center. the staff also gave us a map of the location and downtown, along with recommendations for places to eat. the room itself was fantastic, spacious, and comfortable. the bathroom was great and the in-house facilities were excellent. the swimming pool was a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the city. the check-in process was fast, easy, and very welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel located near the old centre of the historical city. It was not far from the bus terminus which made it easy to reach by public transportation. The room was very comfy and clean with a large bathtub and detachable shower head. The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful in giving us great advice and recommendations on local restaurants and activities. The breakfast had plenty of options and was very satisfying.

The shower curtains provided in the bathroom were too narrow.
