We recently stayed at the Normandy Hotel for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful. They provided us with a handy map and discount card for local museums. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and bars. The breakfast served was delicious and fresh. The rooms, although not as impressive as the beautiful downstairs foyer, were comfortable and met all our needs.

The swimming pool/room was relaxing, like a spa. The hotel was nicely decorated with flowers and candles. The guy at reception was very helpful, giving us a map and showing us things to do in Bruges.

We asked for a twin room and were promptly given one. the hotel had a good ambiance and was kept clean. the breakfast offered plenty of choices and was fantastic. the staff were helpful, friendly, and greeted us whenever they saw us. Our room was cleaned daily and we were provided with fresh towels. the location was convenient, being near a parking place and the city center. the staff also gave us a map of the location and downtown, along with recommendations for places to eat. the room itself was fantastic, spacious, and comfortable. the bathroom was great and the in-house facilities were excellent. the swimming pool was a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the city. the check-in process was fast, easy, and very welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel located near the old centre of the historical city. It was not far from the bus terminus which made it easy to reach by public transportation. The room was very comfy and clean with a large bathtub and detachable shower head. The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful in giving us great advice and recommendations on local restaurants and activities. The breakfast had plenty of options and was very satisfying.

The shower curtains provided in the bathroom were too narrow.

Conveniently located, just a short walk to the main streets. The pool is a great bonus, especially for families. The family room is spacious with comfortable large beds. Excellent value for money with great facilities. Polite and friendly staff throughout the entire hotel experience.
