Great location in the heart of the city, close to restaurants and shops. The staff were really friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of warm and cold options.

The hotel could benefit from some updates, as the interior design felt a bit dated. The beds were okay but not the most comfortable, and the pillows could have been better.

The location of this hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the city. Our room was nicely decorated, clean, and spacious. We had a minor issue with a dripping shower, but it was promptly fixed by the staff. The bed was a bit soft for our liking, but we still managed to sleep well. Despite a few small downsides, overall I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in the city center.

One of the unpleasant experiences we encountered during our stay was the hidden charges for additional hotel services, including parking and late check out. despite enjoying the location and friendliness of the staff, we found the additional charges and lack of service to put a damper on our experience.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is right across from the train station. This makes it easy to explore the city or travel to other destinations. Additionally, being in the Centrum area, there are plenty of eateries and shopping options within walking distance.

The hotel's rooms can be quite noisy, especially if you end up with a room near the roadside or the elevator.
