We had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in Brussels. The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated, spacious, and had a cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Grand Place. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Despite being an old building, the room was well-maintained and clean. The hotel had a quirky charm that added to the overall experience. we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a unique and pleasant stay in Brussels.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is right next to the main shopping street and within close proximity to the city center. Additionally, it is situated in a quiet road, ensuring a peaceful stay. Moreover, the hotel is adjacent to a typical Belgian tavern, allowing guests to experience the local culture and cuisine.

There were instances where the staff seemed inattentive, which impacted the service quality.

The lack of air conditioning was a downside, especially during the day when the room became too warm. The street construction outside made for a noisy environment, and the broken bathroom door and window hinge were frustrating.

This hotel is located right on a shopping street in the heart of the city center, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with great Juliet balconies and even a bath inside of the room. The breakfast was delicious, with very good croissants that were perfect for starting the day.

The hotel's location is excellent for exploring the city, with the Grand Place and other attractions just a 10-minute walk away. Additionally, it is conveniently close to the train, subway, and bus stations. The staff at this hotel were very helpful and provided great service throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, with interesting modern decor and a luxurious bathtub in the room itself. The attention to detail was evident, and the amenities provided were basic but chic. The breakfast offered in the beautiful Art Deco bar was more than reasonable for the cost, with a good variety of fresh options to choose from.

No elevator, so be prepared for stairs if you have heavy luggage.
