We had a lovely stay at Parador De in Guadalupe. The junior suite was spacious with a comfortable bed and a nicely appointed bathroom. The balcony offered beautiful views of the area. The hotel's location, just off the main plaza and opposite the monastery, couldn't have been better. We also enjoyed the delicious dining experience at the hotel's restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Guadalupe.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better, situated right across the street from a historic monastery and just a minute away from the main square. The hotel itself is a beautiful former monastery that has been transformed into a luxurious 4-star venue. The courtyard is absolutely stunning, with multiple levels of gardens and citrus trees where you can enjoy a refreshing drink. It's the perfect spot to unwind and relax after a day of sightseeing.

Enjoyed the stunning view from the balcony, and the room was sparkling clean. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, and the service was really efficient. We also appreciated the ample parking space provided.

The location of the room was a bit of a hassle, the elevator ride felt endless. During the colder months, the open terrace on the ground floor wasn't usable.

The Parador De in this fabulous little town is well worth the drive. The location is fantastic, right next door to the Monastery of Our Lady of Guadalupe. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the food was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the "tolerance-friendly" breakfast, with gluten-free options and lactose-free milk. The wild boar stew and Ribero del Duero wine at dinner were superb. The lounge with a log fire was cozy, and we had a very relaxing stay with our group of 9.
