The hotel was perfectly located near the metro, restaurants, and major attractions. the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. the free room upgrade and complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. the WiFi was fast and reliable, and the Nespresso machine in the room was a lifesaver during busy workdays.

We encountered some challenges at the bar, where we were initially told we couldn't be served, but then watched as others were served. It was also disappointing to find out that the bar closed early on Friday night when we returned to the hotel.

I had an amazing stay here! The location of this place is perfect! It is situated right in the city center of Brussels, in an old monastery where a famous painter JL David died in the 19th century. The staff here is available 24/7, and they provide excellent room service. The amenities provided here are top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, mini-bar, and soundproofed rooms. Moreover, the staff, especially the doorman and the early morning receptionist, are incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant buffet serves an excellent variety of food, including champagne, and the bar area is perfect for unwinding with a drink or two.

This place is highly recommended to everyone for an unforgettable stay. The staff, although with professional service, need to be further trained in customer service.

During our stay at The Dominican, we were captivated by the stunning design and perfect location of the hotel. The reception team warmly welcomed us and even offered chilled water, which was a refreshing gesture in the scorching temperatures. Though we didn't have the chance to dine at the bar or restaurant, we were enticed by their inviting atmosphere. What particularly excited us was the presence of boxing equipment in the gym. This was the main reason why I chose this hotel as a treat for my partner. However, we were disappointed to discover that the weight bag was left on the floor, despite our requests to have it put up. This issue certainly had a negative impact on our overall experience.

The room had a fantastic atmosphere with mysterious music playing upon arrival, and there were delicious Belgian chocolates waiting for me. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to main attractions and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

The hot water did not work after 11 o'clock at night, leaving me unable to relax after a long day of work. the ambient music in the rooms and elevator was also quite off-putting, as it had a church-like quality that didn't match the overall atmosphere.
