We had a great stay here! The location was perfect for us as it was just around the block from the Teleférico, making it super easy to access the air tram, parks, and convenient store. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating, especially when we needed help with transportation and laundry. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options including some unique treats like pink wafers and chocolate cake. The amenities were fantastic, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and a lovely TV room for leisure. we had a fantastic experience here and would highly recommend it to everyone.

That the hotel is a bit far from the center, but the surrounding area was really lovely and safe. But despite the distance, this place offers paid shuttle service and paid airport shuttle, which was really convenient.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right opposite the lively plaza where there are always lots of loud music playing. The hotel is also situated on top of a hill, offering stunning views of the surrounding area. Additionally, it is conveniently close to the cable car and there's a grocery store right next door.

One minor downside is that the kitchen sink doesn't have hot water, which can make cooking and washing dishes a bit uncomfortable.

Great communication, airport pick-up at night, friendly staff, tasty breakfast, spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Smooth luggage storage, easy taxi ordering. Central location near restaurants, park, supermarket, and teleferico. Apartments have everything needed, helpful staff. Safe neighborhood, convenient for exploring the city. Recommended.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable, staff is friendly and helpful. the breakfast is quite nice, with a variety of options. the hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, but still within walking distance.

The rooms were a bit chilly, with only one heater and the water in the shower wasn't always very warm. Some of the furniture looked old and in need of repair or replacement.
