Loved the breakfast with lots of options to choose from and the comfortable bed which was great for a good night's sleep. the location was perfect – easy access to transportation and close to the downtown area.

the bathroom was in need of an update with a shower that didn't work properly and no adjustable shower head. it was an average experience.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right on the shores of Lake Paranoa, providing a beautiful and serene atmosphere. I loved being able to take walks in the large park nearby and even catch a glimpse of the Presidential Palace. The service here was top-notch, with the staff being friendly and helpful. The housekeeping was excellent, keeping my room clean and comfortable throughout my stay. I also appreciated the laundry service, as it made my trip much more convenient. The amenities in the room were great, from the air conditioning to the mini-bar. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch for winding down in the evenings. And let's not forget about the dining options! The restaurant here had a wonderful menu, and the breakfast selection was fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel near the Lake. The location was perfect, as it offered a relaxing atmosphere right on the lakeside. The hotel's Oscar restaurant provided a pleasant dining experience with its elegant setting and good service. Additionally, the central bus station was easily accessible from the hotel, making it convenient for exploring the city.

I did notice some shortcomings in terms of staff professionalism.

We stayed for one night and were pleasantly surprised by the Brasilia Palace. The hotel's location by the lakeside provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the quality of the mattress. The artwork throughout the hotel added a unique touch. The staff were helpful, and we had a delicious seafood dinner at Oscars Restaurant. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.
