Centrally located, quiet at night. Comfortable, spacious rooms with strong Wifi. Helpful staff, especially Sebastian. Enjoyed afternoon tea/coffee. Great breakfast choices.

Great breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. Convenient location, within walking distance of the train station and the city center.

The room was a bit noisy due to the traffic outside, but it wasn't unbearable. the double bed was slightly too small for me and my partner.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to explore attractions such as the train station, city center, and Falun Mine on foot. The rooms are larger than average, offering plenty of space for guests. The staff is helpful and friendly, providing excellent service to ensure a comfortable stay.

The reception closes at 9 pm, which can be inconvenient for guests arriving late or needing assistance outside of those hours.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in a great location near the river walk. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and informative. The breakfast was delicious, and I even enjoyed a cup of tea in the microwave provided. Though there were a couple of small drawbacks, like the noise from a ventilation and a small bathroom, overall I would definitely recommend this hotel for its sunny atmosphere and cleanliness.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Falun and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. the location was ideal, right in the center of the city, making it convenient to explore the surroundings. The rooms were cozy and had large windows, allowing for natural light to brighten up the space. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, especially Sebastian who went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. Additionally, the hotel offered basic amenities and a good, hearty breakfast with delicious strong coffee.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect and left me with no complaints whatsoever.
