The breakfast at Ez Aclimacao was delicious, with a great variety of options to start my day. I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the spaciousness of the apartment, which was perfect for my family. Despite a small issue with the AC remote, the comfort of the bed and the shower made up for it. Transportation provided to the nearby metro station and shopping mall was a convenient bonus. I had a pleasant stay at Ez Aclimacao and would recommend it.

The staff at the reception of Ez Aclimacao were extremely helpful and accommodating during our stay. We had an issue with the double bed in our room, but they promptly fixed it while we were out. The size of the apartment hotel room was exactly what we expected and suited us well. The car park was spacious and luxurious. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

The apartment had two spacious rooms and was very comfortable. The hotel had convenient taxi service right in front and there were good restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. The shuttle to the Metro and Shopping Mall was a great addition.

The location of the hotel is pretty close to the metro station, just a 15-minute walk up the hill. It's also conveniently situated near major attractions in the city, but tucked away from the bustling crowds. The rooms are well-equipped with comfortable beds, living areas, and flat-screen TVs. The breakfast provided is delicious and the staff offers fast and friendly service.

Some guests mentioned that the walk back to the metro station is down a very steep hill, which may be difficult for some pedestrians.

During my recent business trip, I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Sao Paulo. the rooms were spacious and comfortable with a big bed and great amenities. I particularly loved the mini kitchen and mini living room which were perfect for relaxing after a busy day. the location was also very convenient for my work meetings and there were complementary snacks and drinks which was a nice touch.

There were a few things that I disliked about the hotel. the staff mainly spoke Portuguese which made communication a bit difficult at times.
