This place suits me perfectly! With great wi-fi, a fitness center, 24-hour reception, and a bar/lounge area, I feel right at home. The staff even helped me with a local food delivery number during my first stay. I’m coming back for a xmas.

We enjoyed the great selection at breakfast, along with the convenient location near a fantastic mall where we discovered Calle 54 steak restaurant. The staff was friendly, and our room was clean and comfortable.

Room was wicked comfy, and the view of the mountains n’ city was a cherry on top. Breakfast was solid, too—lots of choices! The lady at the front desk was really sweet and helped us out. Just wish the breakfast area wasn't so cramped during rush hour. Can't complain too much tho!

Great location near Embraer facilities.

During my stay, the breakfast area was ridiculously cramped, making it almost impossible to find a place to sit. On top of that, the shower in my room was not working properly, which added to my frustration. I can’t believe the staff didn’t seem prepared for the number of guests, as it was clear that they had issues with managing food services during peak times.

I almost had nice things to say about my stay, but the breakfast area was too small and crowded. I shoudl've expected better with all the Embraer guests. Disappointed that no one bothered to open the car door for me upon arrival, honestly. If I could've just gotten an upgrade for my troubles, that woudl ve been lovely.
