We had a great stay at the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was always made up nicely and early. The staff were incredibly helpful and service-minded, and not just for tips. Oliver at the front desk was especially knowledgeable and patient, with excellent language skills. We appreciated the button in the room that allowed us to choose between a "Do Not Disturb" or a request for the room to be made up. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, right on Avenida Paulista. It's a great spot for a city break, with a metro station right next to the hotel. The staff spoke English and were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay, although the omelets and tapiocas could have been better. it was a very nice room and good value for its location.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel near the heart of the city. The central location allowed us to easily walk to nearby shopping malls, restaurants, and other attractions. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the facility was impressive, and the Jr Suite had amazing TVs with convenient HDMI connectivity close to the bed. It was a hassle-free experience!

Great location and very nice and spacious rooms that were nice and clean. Cool exercise room and pool area in the lower levels, they also had security on duty 24 hours a day so I felt safe at the hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

Additionally, the extra services like massage therapy and spa day were quite expensive compared to similar services in other places.
