The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The room was well-appointed and had all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also had a wonderful restaurant and bar area, perfect for a delicious meal or a relaxing drink after a long day. Additionally, the leisure facilities, such as the sauna and outdoor swimming pool, provided a great way to unwind and relax. I highly recommend this place for its excellent service and top-notch amenities.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, situated in a good area in Campinas and right next to the park. It is also conveniently close to the cambui zone where there are a lot of bars to enjoy. The rooms were comfortable, providing a safe and comfortable environment for families with children. The breakfast, although not mentioned in detail, offered a variety of options to cater to different tastes and preferences.
