Our air conditioner was weak initially, but the hotel quickly fixed it upon our complaint. the room was spacious with comfortable beds. the pool area was expansive with plenty of seating. We enjoyed the varied and delicious breakfast offerings. Overall, I’ll recommend this hotel with confidence.

Leonardo exceeded expectations with warm welcomes, gifts, and a room upgrade. the staff ensured comfort and a great Shabat dinner deal, making us feel at home. Be'er Sheva and its museums surprised pleasantly, a hidden gem to explore.

Travelling for a family event, I had a short but memorable stay. the welcoming gifts and room upgrade for my birthday were a pleasant surprise. the central location near the bus station and train station was convenient. the early opening of the pool and the effort of the staff in providing extra perks made me feel special. the takeaway breakfast box for my early departure was a thoughtful touch.
