Had an Easter weekend stay at this hotel and two things I really enjoyed were the convenient location and the cleanliness of the rooms. the hotel is situated in a great spot, close to many cafes and shops, which made it easy to get around and explore.

The staff seemed disorganized and unhelpful, and there was a general lack of communication between different departments. For example, I had requested a late check-out but the front desk team was unaware of the request when I asked about it.
