We had a really pleasant stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff was extremely professional and attentive to our needs. The newly renovated rooms were beautiful with lovely pictures of trees on the walls. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was situated on the Maritsa river shore, providing a great city view from our room window. It was also just a short walk away from the old town and all the tourist attractions. We loved exploring the nearby museums and enjoying the abundance of archaeological sites in the area. The hotel also had many facilities and activities to offer, which added to our enjoyment.

Our stay at Grand Hotel Plovdiv was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is located in a prime location with shops, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, with clean towels and all necessary amenities provided. The breakfast and dinner buffet were delicious and had a wide variety of options. The hotel was in an excellent spot to explore the city and we appreciated the convenience of the indoor parking. the view from our room was beautiful and the room itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. We were delighted with the staff who were very helpful and friendly. the massages at the spa were very competent.

We had some issues with the air conditioning, it didn't seem to reduce the temperature below 25C inside despite outside temperatures being as high as 30C. some parts of the hotel seemed to be undergoing renovations which limited the dining options.

The leisure facilities at this venue are top-notch, with a spa & wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, jacuzzi. The spa treatments offered here were very relaxing and rejuvenating. The hotel also provides excellent amenities, such as free Wi-Fi, on-site car park, luggage storage, and a 24-hour reception.
