Perfect spot for waterfront exploration and nearby attractions

I loved that the resort was right by the beach with beautiful views and so close to fantastic parks and awesome spots for walking like Long Key State Park just over a kilometer away while both Hawk Channel and Fiesta Key were only a short distance to explore all the fantastic nature around us and although the rooms were comfy and the staff friendly I think a small dresser would have made settling in a bit nicer but the overall experience was amazing and I'll definitely be back for more weekend adventures.

I was really frustrated when I arrived at my place and found out the elevator was out of order. Carrying my luggage up to the third floor was a real struggle, especially after a long drive. Total letdown.

The room was super nice and clean! Loved the kitchenette with a larger fridge. Grounds are well maintained. The heated pool and beautiful palm trees were great. Breakfast at the restaurant was delish, so many options. Staff was super friendly and texted daily to check in.

Had a wonderful Xmas getaway in the Florida Keys! If you're a fan of water activities, this spot is perfect for exploring both north and south. The upgraded rooms post, hurricane Irma are comfy and clean, and those beds are a dream! The connection with the neighboring restaurant offering a delightful breakfast buffet was a major win.

Amazing views, great location. This resort excels in creating a peaceful atmosphere. The staff, especially Terri, are super friendly—a refreshing welcome. The kayaks and hammocks provide the perfect relaxation. the continental breakfast leaves much to be desired. Limited options and the food was cold. The absence of music options is a missed opportunity; a small speaker could elevate the experience. Some room maintenance issues were noticeable, like splintering decks and peeling paint. While the lower-level rooms offered direct beach access, the location isn't conducive for walking to restaurants. Despite these flaws, the comforts and cozy ambiance make it worth revisiting. See you next April!

Idyllic stay with stunning views and ample activities

Lime Tree Bay Resort offers breathtaking scenery and a wealth of free amenities like kayaks and bicycles. The King Ocean Front room provided comfort with soft beds and a refreshing pool. Its prime location between Marathon and Islamorada made exploring the keys a breeze. Highly recommend!

Our room felt like a cozy apartment, loved the included paddleboards and kayaks. Enjoyed the hammocks, pool, and free breakfast. However, the breakfast lacked creativity and presentation, and the kayaks needed cleaning. Unfortunate encounter with housekeeping, but the friendly staff and great amenities made up for it.

Just a solid selection for overnight stay in Layton with real value for money. Amazing sunset views.

The room had comfortable beds and trendy furnishings that made for a cozy stay. the temperature control was lacking; the heat didn’t work during our stay, leaving us quite chilly. Noise from the busy Highway 1 and nearby fire station was disruptive. The condo's cleanliness was subpar, with dirty floors and mold in places. Closet space was ample, but the furniture layout felt strange, especially the TV placement over the couch. some aspects like the excellent water pressure and proximity to the beach were strong points, but improvements in maintenance and attention to detail are needed.

Big enough rooms for everyone 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦. The staff was helpful and friendly, giving tips for places to explore around town.

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking! I loved lounging in the hammocks and the beach setup was so cozy. Kayaking at sunset and spotting dolphins was the cherry on top of our adventure!
