The pool offered a lovely vista of Diamond Head. the restaurant fell short. High prices did not match the quality, and service was lackluster. The room decor felt dated, and sound insulation was inadequate, leading to disrupted sleep. Valet parking was pricey, but alternatives exist. Some amenities lacked clarity, and the slow wifi added to frustrations. With great proximity to the beach and vibrant dining options, the place has potential. It simply needs to enhance service and update facilities for a truly remarkable experience.

The Queen Kapiolani Hotel offers a fantastic view of Diamond Head and is just steps from the beach. The staff, especially Samantha and Sylvia, were incredibly welcoming. Enjoyed delicious Dole Whip from the convenience store, and the lobby coffee shop served great cappuccinos!

Stunning views of Diamond Head and just a short walk to the beach, making the location unbeatable. The Deck serves great food, and the coffee spot in the lobby is a must-try. dealing with expensive valet parking was frustrating, especially when we had to park at the zoo. The junior suite was gorgeous, but the room itself felt dated and lacked adequate furnishings. The elevators were painfully slow, and I encountered a couple of issues with the bathroom's water temperature. Friendly staff made the stay more pleasant, but a few service aspects could definitely improve.

Temperature control was effective, making for a comfortable environment. Fridge placement was convenient, and outlets were easily accessible. Noise seeped in from the hall, and the bathroom needed a better ventilation fan; the shower head operated inconsistently, swinging from hot to cold. Closet space was limited due to shelving. The decor was pleasant, contributing to an overall welcoming atmosphere.

The sitting area downstairs was a cozy spot. Elevators could be a hassle with only two working and the room near supply closets led to early morning disruptions. However, the great location, lobby coffee shop, and beach proximity were highlights. Unfortunately, the delayed room access and morning disturbances were disappointing.

The rooms were spotless and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing getaway! I loved the delicious meals at the restaurant with stunning views of the ocean! The convenience of being steps away from the beach made every moment a joy.

Our stay was amazing, waking up each day to stunning views of Diamond Head, and being just a few steps from the beach made our morning strolls delightful, while nearby Kapiʻolani Regional Park provided a perfect spot to relax and soak in the Hawaiian ambiance, and we loved that there were so many great restaurants and shops within a short walk, including the Deck with its delicious food and super friendly staff; the hotel itself had comfortable rooms, but it could use a little upgrade in certain areas.

Room 1109 was spacious and had a great view. Super comfy with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. Lots of amenities like a microwave and fridge. Loved the deck and pool. Yoga classes and fitness center were awesome. The staff, especially Kim, were friendly and super helpful. Perfect location at the end of Waikiki.
