I definitely got my money's worth at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and the beds were super comfy. The location was excellent, right across from a beautiful park and near the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if it was more reasonably priced.

The hotel was located in a prime spot, right next to the Tiergarten train station. This made it incredibly convenient to explore the city, with quick and easy access to the center of Berlin and the central train station. The room was spacious and comfortable, with very well-maintained facilities and a large, clean bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

There were a few minor inconveniences, such as a small fridge and separate toilet, but they didn't greatly impact the overall experience.

We loved staying at this hotel, which is located in a convenient spot outside the city center. You only need to step out the door to find yourself on a lovely avenue with all sorts of amenities close at hand, including a nearby S Bahn station that can whisk you away to all the city’s main attractions. In the room, we appreciated the many thoughtful touches: there’s an ironing board, electric kettle, in-room safe, and mini-bar. To top it off, the staff provided impeccable service, including room cleaning, laundry, and dry cleaning.

I had a fantastic stay at Novotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from Tiergarten S-Bahn station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a minibar and TV. I particularly loved the separate toilet and the abundance of closet space. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of delicious items, and I appreciated the eco program they had in place. The friendly and helpful staff made my stay even more enjoyable. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, it was perfect for a romantic escape. the amenities were great, with two complementary drinks allowing us to relax and enjoy the view. the location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation and many restaurants nearby.

There were too many people and not enough staff, making it feel more like a crowded cafeteria than a relaxed breakfast area. the food was average at best and the quality was poor.

novotel berlin exceeded my expectations during this stay! the disabled room had all the necessary amenities, the beds were so comfy, and the staff were beyond helpful. the hotel's location was perfect and easily accessible from the airport. overall, great experience!

The hotel is conveniently located just next to a metro station, making it easy to explore all of Berlin. From the hotel, you can easily reach destinations such as the Zoological Garden interchange, the Indigo hotel, and the Intercontinental hotel. The rooms are clean and modern, with comfortable mattresses and views of the surrounding area. The staff is friendly and responsive to requests, ensuring a pleasant stay. there is a restaurant/breakfast room and play area for children.

Some guests mentioned that the check-out process took longer than expected, as there were only two counters available and they were busy checking in a group of people.
