spa facilities were disappointing

The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and the main boulevard, making it easy and affordable to get around. The staff is incredibly helpful and courteous. The breakfast is amazing with numerous options to choose from. The gym is well-equipped and the pool is great for relaxation. The free and fast WiFi is a bonus. Fully recommended.

Had an amazing stay in a hotel located near to a hospital. the staff was friendly and English speaking. the hotel offered complementary sauna/spa and a gym which was very convenient. the breakfast was included and there were a variety of options to choose from which was great.

The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the heating system of the hotel was broken, making the room very warm which was not modifiable by customers. Plus, the cleaning service was not up to the mark.

The location of the hotel is superb, as it is situated in the international business area of the city, offering a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Additionally, the hotel is in close proximity to the magnificent Vitosha mountain, providing a scenic view and opportunities for outdoor activities. The rooms are spacious and clean, ensuring a comfortable stay for families with kids. The friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service, and the tasty breakfast buffet adds to the overall positive experience.

There may be some areas for improvement in terms of the comfort of the pillows and mattresses.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience that exceeded our expectations. the facilities were exclusive and top-notch, especially the Spa & wellness centre with its heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and massage options. the restaurant served exquisite dishes, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxing after a long day. We particularly enjoyed the garden area and the outdoor dining option, which provided a serene atmosphere.

Despite the excellent service, there was one issue with the indoor swimming pool that could have been improved. the water temperature was a bit low, making it slightly uncomfortable for our taste.

the hotel is conveniently located near the Tokuda Hospital, making it perfect for our needs. the rooms were spacious, immaculate, and incredibly comfortable. the staff were always friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the restaurant had a fantastic menu and even provided us with a box to take items to our friend in the hospital. the receptionist went out of their way to find a UK/EU adaptor for us. we were extremely happy and will definitely stay here again if we're in the area.
