I always return here for my stay. Staff found my lost wallet my first time. Everything I need is here: Wi, Fi, 24, hour reception, Restaurant. I like Express check, in/out. I'm back for New Year.

My stay was for business and lasted a week. Viviana at the pool was exceptional, the newly renovated areas were impressive, and the clean bedrooms were a delight. the breakfast was satisfying, and the free aromatic coffee in the morning was a nice touch. the staff, including the friendly gym and lobby, added to the pleasant experience.

Couldn't recommend more this hotel.

Arrived for check-in, room overbooked; upgraded to a suite but not as requested. Master bedroom air issue led to uncomfortable night. Despite hiccups, overall had a decent stay. Overall, I'd suggest giving this hotel a chance.

I have stayed at this place multiple times over the last four years, and every visit has been fantastic. the location is so close to the beach, making it a perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful Boca Raton shores. the service here is top-notch, with amenities like dry cleaning, tours assistance, and room facilities like ironing, heating, tea/coffee setup. The staff, except for one woman in charge, were friendly, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Cons: Recommend this hotel to everyone.

During my Christmas stay, I had a cozy bed and a refreshing shower in my room. the location was convenient, close to great shopping and dining options. Additionally, the friendly pool attendant, Viviana, provided excellent service, making my pool time enjoyable.

The elevator wait times in the main building were a bit long, causing some stress. Additionally, the housekeeping service was subpar, with delayed room cleaning and trash pickup.

Beautiful property. Exceptional staff. Clean rooms. Nice breakfast. Helpful front desk manager. Professional service. Lovely pool area. Good quality coffee.
