We had a wonderful time here! The central location made sightseeing a breeze - we could easily walk to all the main attractions. The staff provided exceptional service, always willing to help us with any request we had. The room amenities were great, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a safe. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar area, with its stunning views of the city.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and very modern. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. There were always tuk tuks outside if you wanted to get somewhere in the city. The sky bar was fantastic with amazing views across the city and the staff were really lovely and attentive. Excellent hotel couldn’t really fault. Travelling alone.

The hotel was located in a quiet area, but there were great restaurants and bars nearby. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and made us feel welcomed. The room was spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and a stunning view of the city from the rooftop.

The elevator was slow and often crowded, causing long waits to get to and from the room.

Clean and new accommodation with friendly staff. Buffet breakfast had an omelette bar and noodle station. Great value for price paid. Comfortable bed and nice city view from the 9th floor. Manager personally welcomed us and staff helped with luggage.

My xmas stay was great. I really liked the fact that they offered a free shuttle service to the nearby tourist attractions. they gave me a complimentary drink at the rooftop bar on arrival. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to the bustling downtown area.

The breakfast was not up to par. Although the selection was decent, the quality of the food was not impressive.

The location here is amazing, offering stunning views from the rooftop bar and pool. The rooftop pool area might be slightly smaller than expected, but it still provides a great place to relax. Thanks to the Genius Booker program, I was even upgraded to a Deluxe Room at no extra cost. The room was spacious with a beautiful view overlooking the Olympic Stadium. I loved the rustic and modern concept of the room, and the comfort amenities were of great quality. The highlight was definitely the bathtub where I could enjoy a relaxing bubble bath. Don't miss out on trying Room 1303 if you want a unique experience. The rooftop bar on Level 15 offers a breathtaking 360-degree view of the city. Passing by the pool on the way to the bar is a treat, and the pool itself is great for a refreshing swim. a fantastic stay for adults.
