The hotel had amazing facilities, including a hot pool and a spa. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with easy access to downtown and nearby stores. Additionally, the hotel offered a lovely breakfast.

We also made use of the self-service laundry facility, which was a great amenity.

One of the drawbacks we experienced during our stay was the expensive pricing, especially considering it was high season. We hope that the hotel offers winter ski and stay deals in the future to make it more affordable.

The lodge feel of the hotel was fantastic, with a cozy log fireplace and matching decor. I especially loved the fact that the Keg restaurant was attached to the hotel, making it convenient for meals. the free WiFi was a great bonus, and I appreciated the bus pass provided by the hotel, which made it easy to explore the town.

The excessive amount of chlorine in the spa, which was a bit overwhelming. the quality of the Keg breakfast seemed to have declined, with packaged hash browns instead of homemade ones.

We enjoyed the beautiful Alpine-style decor in our cozy, well-equipped room, with easy access to a complimentary bus pass and an on-site restaurant. Although we experienced intermittent and slow internet, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. we would recommend Caribou Lodge And Spa.

We absolutely loved staying here! The location was ideal, situated at the edge of town, it was within walking distance to all the hotspots in the city centre. Our room was spacious and stylishly decorated with plenty of room to relax, including a cozy sitting area and dining table. The staff were wonderful, from the friendly manager who was always on hand to offer local knowledge and sightseeing advice to the housekeeping team that kept our room immaculately clean and tidy. We also thoroughly enjoyed the leisure spa and wellness centre which had an amazing indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The massages we had here were some of the best we’ve ever experienced!

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay, but unfortunately, it is not pet-friendly.

I gotta say, the value for money was totally worth it. The room, especially the corner suite with the spa bath, was amazing - quiet, private, and just plain grand with a beautiful fireplace and a fabulous shower. The location was a tad far from downtown, but no worries, plenty of parking available. And the staff? Super nice and helpful, especially when they let us check in early!

This hotel is a gem. The location is perfect, towards the edge of town but still only a short walk to the centre. The staff are incredibly welcoming, going above and beyond to make our stay special with a complimentary bottle of wine for my birthday. The rooms are comfy with handy amenities, plus breakfast is included in the price.
