staying at best western was a delightful experience. the staff was super friendly and accommodating. the location was excellent, close to all the action yet tucked away on a quiet side street. the room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the AC unit was a blessing after a day in the sun. the insulation was great, couldn't hear the party down the hall at all. cons: nothing, it is perfect 🙂.

During my xmas stay, I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. They were always willing to assist, making me feel welcomed. the central location was ideal, with shops and restaurants just a few steps away. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room, bathroom, and sheets was top-notch, ensuring a comfortable stay.

I was disappointed by the lack of communication regarding on-site amenities, such as a restaurant. the inconsistent pricing per night was also a letdown, leaving me feeling a bit misled.

Chose this hotel for attending a training session because of its convenient location and meeting facilities. The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, and the hot chocolate machine in the lobby was a nice touch.

The traditional Greek dishes at Ristorante La Medusa were like a culinary odyssey through the Mediterranean. the staff's quick room allocation and excellent service were a delightful surprise. Within a stone's throw, Les 3 Brasseurs beckoned with local brews to turn a regular night into a fantastic voyage. Cons: the room rates at Best Western Montreal played a sneaky game, starting at $155 and jumping to $250 without a heads-up—a true Montreal price shuffle.

We loved how super close the hotel was to the Bell Centre, making it convenient for our hockey game night. The location was ideal, being close to old town, Chinatown, Place des Arts, and other attractions in the city center. Cons: Everything was fantastic; however, maintenance issues detracted from the overall experience.
