The service was good, staff were nice. Breakfast sausages were tasty. They replaced a burned pizza and waived a few items from the bill. The semi-renovated room was pleasant, but lacked temperature control. Beautiful location, clean facilities. Check-in was quick and friendly. Will visit again.

Natural surroundings, friendly bar and restaurant staff. Sensational Nordic Spa with tips from friendly staff. Spacious, clean room. Beautiful bathrooms, lovely view. Lots of lounges and areas to enjoy, even for 4 legged friends.

Complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi were nice touches. the hotel's location was close to main attractions and we enjoyed the view. the outdoor seating was a plus.

The service was lacking, the staff seemed uninterested in helping. the room wasn't very clean and was too loud to get a good night's sleep.

The service at this place was top-notch, with attentive staff taking care of my every need. The room amenities were fantastic, featuring ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area. The hotel also had a variety of dining options, including a restaurant and bar, where I had a delightful dining experience. Additionally, the leisure facilities were outstanding, with an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and spa center.

We had an amazing time at the Kananaskis Mountain Lodge. The check-in process was smooth and the front desk staff were friendly. The food and service were excellent, especially the breakfast buffet. We enjoyed cross country skiing, sitting by the fire, and relaxing at the Nordic Spa. we highly recommend this hotel.

Located in a very quiet area, the hotel offers a peaceful getaway close enough to drive to for the attractions. Surrounded by stunning mountains, it provides a beautiful backdrop for outdoor activities. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located next to a restaurant, making dining easily accessible. Moreover, if you prefer a more vibrant atmosphere, the much more crowded Banff area is just a short drive away.

Some guests have mentioned poor communication from the staff, which can be frustrating at times.

had a lovely stay, upgraded to a suite at no charge. Spectacular, quiet area with beautiful mountains. Fitness area was great, had new equipment. Staff was pleasant and aimed to please.
