We had a fantastic time at this place! The location is absolutely stunning, nestled on the slopes of the Canadian Rocky Mountains near Lake Windermere. The views were breathtaking and we were able to do some sightseeing and explore the surrounding area. We also enjoyed the happy hour at the bar and the delicious meals at the dining restaurant. The room amenities were great, with an ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We also had a cozy sitting area and a lovely terrace where we could relax and enjoy the view. The hotel also had a spa and wellness centre with a sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and various beauty treatments. It was the perfect place to unwind and pamper ourselves.

Amazing pools and well-maintained grounds. I was worried about the prices mentioned in other reviews, but during my visit, the pool entry fees were very reasonable and affordable. The pools were clean and relaxing, and I loved my soak. Overall I highly recommend this place.

My stay at the Fairmont Hot Springs Resort was incredible. The mountain view from our deluxe lodge was breathtaking. We loved having a BBQ, full-size fridge, and a cooker in our room, which made it feel like home. The hot spring pool was a highlight of our trip, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The staff at the resort were efficient in handling a small billing issue we had, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. This resort truly delivers a relaxing break, making it a family favorite for many years.

We absolutely loved our recent stay at the resort. The private pool for guests was a huge hit with our family. It was much less crowded compared to the large public pool. The kids had a blast swimming multiple times a day. The pool view rooms with kitchens were perfect for us, as we could easily access the pool right from our door. The resort also had a great lineup of activities for the kids during Thanksgiving, including pumpkin carving, crafts, scavenger hunts, and even movie nights. The staff, especially Lisa in housekeeping, were friendly and attentive, making us feel like old friends. We were also impressed with the manager Eric, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and even assisted when one of our elderly friends had an accident in the parking lot. we had an amazing and relaxing time, creating cherished family memories. We've already booked our rooms to come back next year to celebrate our 45th year of this fantastic family tradition!

The only issue we encountered during our stay was at the Bearspaw Grill. The wait staff seemed understaffed on the busy long weekend, which resulted in slow service and difficulties getting their attention.

The value for money was excellent, and our king size bed was very comfortable in a nicely-sized room. The staff at the Riverside golf course and restaurant were accommodating, efficient, and friendly. The hotel was clean and in a great location for hiking, with nearby attractions easily accessible.

The breakfast items could have been improved with more variety and options.

Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink and the staff were incredibly helpful with tour and ticket assistance. I also loved the room amenities, especially the ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and sitting area where I could relax after a long day exploring. The dining options were fantastic with a great dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area, as well as a picnic area with tables and even special diet menus available. The leisure spa & wellness centre was definitely a highlight for me, with a sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and various massage and beauty treatments offered. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were so lovely and I even got to enjoy the heated swimming pool. Lastly, the free wi-fi in public areas made it easy for me to stay connected with loved ones during my stay.

Great location near a charming coffee shop. Hotel guests have exclusive access to the pools. Ground level balconies have key locks for convenient entry. The Juniper rooms are spacious and equipped with kitchenware. a clean and pleasant place to stay.

Our stay at Fairmont was fantastic! We have been coming here for 20 years and finally decided to stay at the resort. The updates they have made are impressive, including the improved public and hot springs pools. The view from the deck is beautiful and the staff, from the chambermaids to the front desk, were all friendly and helpful. The meals at Antlers were excellent and Bears bar and grill was a blast. The addition of cabanas at the pool was a nice touch. We loved our time here and can't wait to come back!

We recently stayed at a hotel that had some great amenities. We loved the location, which was surrounded by a grassy area. The classic sites were also a major highlight for us. We found the restaurants to be great and conveniently located in a beautiful area. Our room was impeccable and had a stunning view, and we were impressed with the quality of service we received from the staff.

The only downside we encountered was that some areas of the hotel were not kept as clean as we would have expected.
