The Hotel Hot Springs impresses with its central location near shopping and dining. The modern room was comfortable and cool, while the spacious bathroom offered a pampering experience. Friendly staff and enjoyable nighttime snacks at the grill made our stay enjoyable. Would definitely return!

The room was cozy and clean, and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the convenient free parking deck, especially since we felt safe leaving our car there overnight. there were some areas that could use improvement. the bed was way too firm and left my back aching in the morning. We also had a room next to the elevator, and the noise kept us up all night. And to top it off, our room with a view actually overlooked an air conditioning unit outside our window, which was a bit disappointing. the bathroom had nice amenities like free toiletries, but the shower was a bit noisy with a plastic bottom that squeaked every time we moved. the hotel lacked proper privacy features, with a ranch-style bathroom door and light shining under the connecting door to the next room. In terms of dining, we found the breakfast buffet to be good, but the dinner options at the hotel cafe were subpar. We ended up going elsewhere for our meals. And speaking of meals, the cleanliness of the bath towels was lacking, with one set being stained and holey - definitely not what you want to see in a hotel. our stay had its ups and downs. The hotel's location and cleanliness were highlights, but the issues with noise, privacy, and dining left something to be desired. Hopefully, these areas can be addressed to have a more enjoyable experience.

I loved that all the main attractions like Bathhouse Row, the Gangster Museum of America, and the Ouachita National Forest were just a short walk away, making it super easy for me to stroll around the city and enjoy everything it has to offer, plus the parking deck was free, which was a nice bonus for a weekend trip; the room was clean and comfy, and breakfast was hot and delicious with live music in the evenings, but the elevator was a bit slow at times.

The helpful doorman made our arrival smoother, and the hot breakfast buffet offered great variety. noise issues from the ice machine and air conditioning became frustrating, prompting our room changes. Although the place is beautifully decorated, cleanliness could be improved—dust and empty soap dispensers were noticeable. Service was generally friendly, but I encountered a rude manager when addressing a pest issue. Despite the flaws, the location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions. I'd stay again, but I'd check the amenities beforehand.

The shower was functional but squeaked and had a cheap liner. the finishes showed recent updates, but maintenance could improve in several areas.

It was conveniently located within walking distance to various dining options and the main strip. The shuttle service to a nearby casino, with its short distance to the hotel, was a nice touch that added to the overall experience.
