The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options, including fresh cut up fruit. The beds were comfortable and parking was easy. Highly recommended if you're staying downtown.

I especially loved the Keurig coffee maker in the room, a step up from the usual pod coffee makers. The breakfast offered a great selection and the staff was incredibly friendly. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Bathhouse Row, Crystal Ridge Distillery, Hot Springs National Park, and numerous restaurants and pubs. The hotel itself was beautiful, with 14 floors offering great views. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a well-functioning AC, spacious shower, and large TV. The on-site bar had live music on Saturday night, adding to the enjoyable experience. a fantastic hotel for an affordable price.

The hotel recently underwent a remodel, resulting in upscale finishes. The views from the hotel were fantastic. We appreciated the free breakfast and found the room to be clean and noise-free. As guests with disabilities, we appreciated the accommodating and welcoming attitude of the staff.
