wonderful staff made us feel valued as veterans during our stay

The Hotel Hot Springs is a lovely retreat! I was delighted by the welcoming staff, and the breakfast was a delightful start to the day. The room provided a spacious and clean environment that made our stay unforgettable.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed playing darts and the indoor pool was a hit. The location is convenient, making it easy to explore. Be sure to check out the bar for a fun evening. Breakfast was decent but could use a little more variety.

Unfortunately, when checking in, there was confusion with our room assignment. The front desk staff didn't handle it well, leaving us to sort things out, which was frustrating for our group.

i really loved how nice the rooms were, super comfy beds and everything felt updated. the staff were always friendly and helpfull. i liked the little bar area too, very chill vibe. breakfast was decent and the restaurant staff were sweet. location was perfect for walking to everything!

but the shuttle service was a joke, waited almost an hour for it and ended up just walking back. also, the elevators were kinda slow and annoying.

It was just an ideal choice for a break on our long journey in Hot Springs with great value for price. The shuttle service made it super easy to explore downtown without worrying about parking. Make sure to use the stairs if you find the elevators slow. it's a good workout!
