We enjoyed 3 nights here and loved watching the NYE ball drop live on TV right from our room, which was perfect for my husband, and we even got a $25 credit for the restaurant with stunning views over Times Square. Relaxing in the lounge area and having access to the rooftop terrace were nice touches too. Just a heads up, the parking situation was pricier than we expected, so check that out before your stay! 🎉

Renaissance New York Times Square was a delightful surprise! The staff treated us like family, making my son's excitement about the bustling Times Square contagious. We enjoyed the stunning views from our room and the bustling atmosphere in the R Lounge. Plus, the $30 daily credit for food was a fantastic bonus that we eagerly took advantage of during our stay.

The loud street noise can be quite jarring at times, especially for light sleepers. Also, the elevators can get packed. we faced a few delays during busy hours. Nonetheless, it was great fun exploring the vibrant surroundings despite these little inconveniences.

My experience at this hotel was far from perfect. The valet service completely dropped the ball when they lost my car key fob, and the lack of communication only added to my frustration. After 30 minutes of waiting for updates, I had to personally confront the front desk for any resolution, which was incredibly inconvenient, delaying my schedule significantly.

the service was decent, but the room's cleanliness was laughable, with hair in the shower and old food inside the mattress. absolutely unthinkable. i expected a complimentary upgrade for the trouble, and all i got was a slight view improvement. the elevators? don't even get me started on the noise. , it was like they were auditioning for a horror movie.

This place suits me perfectly, providing everything I need, like valet parking, 24-hour reception, a bar/lounge area, and air conditioning. On my first stay, the staff kindly helped me with a phone charger. I recommend enjoying the tasty cocktails at the bar! I'm coming back for a weekend.

The time square view is amazing! The restaurant meal was fantastic, and having access to Netflix on the Wi-Fi TV was a nice bonus. Plus, the R lounge with a beautiful view of the streets! 🌆🥂
