The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay.

The cleanliness was a big issue with old socks and dirt found in the room. The beds were too small, even for New York standards, making it uncomfortable for three people.

I had a wonderful stay at the Renaissance thanks to the exceptional service I received from Brian at the front desk and Mohammed at the lounge. The location was perfect for exploring Times Square and the lounge offered a great atmosphere to relax and enjoy the view. The personal service from these staff members truly made a difference.

Stayed here for 3 nights over the new year, perfect spot for Times Square. Very delighted with the reception we got from the staff - 'anything for the newly engaged couple' as they put it. Staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcome and to help your needs. Very convenient to all Times Square, Broadway shows, and attractions. Our room was very clean, our view was spectacular. The R lounge had a breathtaking view of Times Square. The breakfast was fantastic, with delicious bacon and fluffy eggs. Renaissance exceeded our expectations in every aspect.
