We had a very pleasant experience at the Hampton Inn Sulphur Lake Charles. The breakfast was a great highlight—each morning offered a different selection that kept our family excited for the start of the day! 🍳 The pool was clean and refreshing, perfect for winding down after our activities. Our King Room with Sofa Bed was spacious, and the sheets smelled wonderfully fresh. The multiple entrances to the hotel added convenience for us. Location-wise, it couldn't be better, close to Lake Charles and other attractions! 🌅

The carpets in the rooms felt damp and sticky!!!. I was disappointed by the inadequate cleaning of carpets and door rugs!!! Management should clarify the $100 incidental charge policy to avoid confusion!!!
