Excellent room service and hospitable staff! the hotel's location was ideal, with stunning views of the city palace and lake palace. the terrace and swimming pool were perfect for refreshment in the hot weather. Complimentary hospitality was spot on!

No room service was available, which was a drawback. the food from the hotel restaurant made me sick, ruining my trip's experience.
