I loved the jacuzzi tub/shower combination - it felt like a luxurious spa experience. The hotel also had a beautiful terrace where I could relax and enjoy the stunning views. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was always kept clean by the housekeeping team. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded my expectations.

The included breakfast offers a choice of eggs with ham, bacon, or sausage, along with toast, and there are other options available as well.

The WiFi connection in the rooms can be intermittent and slow at times.

The cottage we booked was right on the beautiful Bras D'Or Lake with an amazing view. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, offering complementary snacks and a shuttle to the nearby store. The rooms were clean and had a cozy, homey feel to them.

The bed in the room closest to the deck was a bit too soft for my liking, and the scent from the cleaning products used in the building caused headaches and allergy reactions. It would have been great if they have offered scent-free cleaning options or had better ventilation.

Convenient location near Main Street. Balcony, coffee, microwave, and fridge in room. AC works well for a good night's sleep. Nearby restaurant and live music. Great stay overall.
