We had a fantastic time staying at this resort in the beautiful city of Luang Prabang. The location was perfect, nestled in the jungle and surrounded by nature. The spacious and comfortable rooms provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The friendly and efficient staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast spread was delicious and had something for everyone. The pools were a highlight, with stunning views and plenty of loungers to relax. The free shuttle to the city center made it convenient for us to explore. The resort also offered a shuttle service to the airport, which we booked the night before. a wonderful experience!

The restaurant prices for lunch and dinner were a bit expensive compared to local food in town.

We had an amazing time at Pullman. The beautiful landscape and spacious rooms were well designed and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast had a great variety and the free shuttle service to town was quick and convenient. we highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a luxury paradise retreat! We were amazed by the outstanding service and exclusive amenities such as a spa & wellness centre, infinity pool and sun terrace. the massage and spa lounge were top-notch, making us feel relaxed and refreshed. We loved the pool with a view of the beautiful garden area, and the restaurant served delicious breakfast and intense flavourful dishes. the rooms were truly plush with various lighting options.

The expensive lunch/dinner pricing as compared to local food in town. Although there was a free shuttle to town throughout the day, it would have been convenient if the restaurant offered some affordable options to make us want to stay-in for dinner.

The hotel is surrounded by nature, with beautiful surroundings, and includes excellent facilities such as free bikes and spacious rooms. the friendly and efficient staff was a delight and the beds were incredibly comfortable.

The food was just ok and not quite up to our standards, especially the limited vegetarian menu. we struggled to get consistent hot water in our room, making showering uncomfortable at times.
