Great customer service and welcoming staff. the personnel was well prepared and hard working. the breakfast provided a convenient start to the day. the room was comfortable and enjoyable, with plenty of storage space and well-stocked kitchen amenities. the location was convenient for running errands and handling family matters.

There was a lack of variety in the breakfast options, with high sugar and corn syrup content in the grains, yogurts, and juices. It would have been great to have more restaurants and entertainment options nearby, as the hotel was located on a frontage road that required going out of the way for anything nearby.

I was in town for a busy weekend and the hotel was convenient for all my errands. The updated and clean room was spacious, quiet, and had everything I needed for both work and relaxation. The room was like a studio apartment with plenty of space to work and a comfy desk and chair. Having a coffee machine, microwave, and kitchen area was convenient. the bed was awesome and I slept well. the breakfast had different selections each day and the bold coffee was excellent. the washing room and gym were also handy facilities.

They charged extra fees to my husband's card without explanation and failed to return the promised incidental charge. the housekeeping service was lacking as I didn't receive towels, vacuuming, or cleaning during my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was like a studio apartment, with plenty of space to work and a comfortable desk and chair. The kitchen area with a coffee machine and microwave was a great addition. The bed was awesome and we slept well. Parking was not an issue and the hotel facilities, including the washing room and gym, were convenient. The staff, especially the night staff, were extremely helpful and pleasant. The location was also very convenient and close to everything.
