I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room and pool were very clean, and the staff was warm and friendly. They even upgraded our room without any extra charge to better accommodate our twins. The location is perfect - within walking distance to downtown and the lively strip. this hotel provided a great experience.

The location of this hotel was excellent for our needs. It was close enough to the main strip that we could walk there in 10 minutes, but far enough removed that we didn't hear any of the racket from the hotel. This made it a nice place for a weekend away. We were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants easily.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city with the basics nearby. Visitors can enjoy the wonderful harbor view and easy access to the main tourist street. The rooms are cozy and tidy with comfortable beds and a relaxing atmosphere. Guests can have their breakfast in a nice restaurant with excellent service and delicious food. The large pool and hot tub are perfect options to choose from.

During my recent trip to Ensenada, I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that provided a pleasant overall experience. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of downtown and close to all the action. I was able to explore the harbor and visit the fascinating Riviera Building, just across the street.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of a coffeemaker and refrigerator in the room, and some deferred maintenance, these did not overshadow the positive aspects of my experience. Additionally, I did not dine at the hotel's restaurant, as I preferred to explore other culinary options in the area.

The hotel exceeded expectations with its clean rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. The location was convenient for those with a car, and the Jacuzzi and bar added to the overall enjoyment. The breakfast was tailored to dietary needs, and the kitchen staff, as well as Iliana, Ivan, the spa receptionist.

The pool area was small and often crowded, which could be a drawback for guests looking to relax by the pool. Additionally, some guests experienced issues with the beds, finding them uncomfortable and in need of replacement.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect as it was right across the street from the huge Riviera Building. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the bathrooms were newly remodeled, impressively nice. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help me multiple times. One particular employee, a young man with colored eyes, stood out with his exceptional service. I also enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to the carnival and the marina, as the hotel was located very close to both. I was highly impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the location of this hotel for my enjoyable stay.

A great value for money hotel with a prime location just after the downtown area and a great museum. This hotel offers basic amenities, rooms in good condition with a king-sized bed, and breakfast included. The staff is very friendly and attentive to detail, providing excellent service.
