The price was good and it was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, with 24-hour reception. The 2-bedroom suite had cable TVs in both rooms and a full-size fridge and stove. The continental breakfast allowed us to hit the road without stopping.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our suite at Residence & Conference Centre. With four bedrooms and two baths, it comfortably accommodated our family of four. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were bright with large windows. The included continental breakfast provided a variety of options, although not extensive. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help us when we had an issue with the coffee maker. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Residence & Conference Centre.

I recently stayed at Residence & Conference Centre in North Bay for a week while attending a conference. The value for the price was amazing, and the hotel had fast wifi, which was perfect for my work needs. The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions. The rooms were clean and spacious, and I liked having the option to cook in the fully-equipped kitchenette. The hotel even had a cardio gym, although I didn't get a chance to use it. it was a fantastic stay with great value for money.

stayed at a different location in north bay before, but Residence & Conference Centre - exceeded my expectations for a business stay. spacious, clean, easy check-in, secure, and nostalgic. will definitely use again.

It was like having a home away from home. the separate bedrooms with their own TVs were a nice touch, and overall, it was great value for the money. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay.

Room was clean and modern with a comfortable bed. The reception staff were excellent and very courteous. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. It was convenient to have a fridge and stove in our townhouse. Free parking was a bonus. I would highly recommend Residence & Conference Centre for a great stay.
