I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in downtown Calgary. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and just steps away from the tram line. It made exploring the city so convenient and easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay. They even provided me with a free upgrade to a king size room, which was incredibly cozy and comfortable. The two-person shower with a rainfall shower head was a wonderful touch and added to the overall luxury of the room.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in downtown Calgary. The staff, amenities, and location were all top-notch.

The room itself exceeded our expectations, being comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The bathroom was also clean and provided all necessary amenities. The staff member who allowed us to check in early was friendly and accommodating, making our rainy day much more enjoyable. the parking level was easily accessible, adding to the convenience of our stay.

One negative aspect was the slow internet connection on the secondary network, which was provided by the hotel.
