the location is decent, but the tiny elevator couldn’t even fit my bags without a struggle. I also had to wait outside till the cleaning staff arrived—such a charming way to start a vacation! it would’ve been lovely to have some free wine waiting in my upgraded room as compensation. Just couldn’t recommend it.

The apartments are super comfortable with great beds and a well-equipped kitchen. Lucky provided exceptional service making our stay enjoyable and easy. The atmosphere was welcoming and the location simply unbeatable.

Unfortunately, some noise from neighbors disrupted our sleep occasionally. I also found the small fridge tough to access due to conflicting furniture designs. A bit more attention to these details would really elevate the experience.

I was disappointed by the lack of communication regarding room assignments!!! The mezzaine apartment I booked was not honored at check-in, which ruined the surprise. Attention to detail could be much better!!!

Rooftop terrace views were stunning and peaceful.

The apartment was kept spotlessly clean every day. Loved the fresh towels and complimentary wine that greeted us each evening! It was super close to all the major attractions, making our explorations so easy.

The place is super clean. the staff made us feel at home. daily fresh towels and the complimentary wine in the fridge was a delightful touch! It's in a high-class area with great shops and restaurants all around. perfect for exploring! !

We had a lovely experience when we arrived, as Nadia was super welcoming and attentive to our needs. The kitchen was small yet had everything we needed for cooking, and they even replenished our wine and coffee every day, which made our evenings more enjoyable.

It wasn’t exactly budget friendly, but worth it, considering the service and comfort.

the apartment was amazin, super comfy beds and nice decor. we had water and wine stocked for us all the time, such a cool touch! the location is perfect, so close to everything and lots of good restaurants nearby. lucky was the best, super friendly and helped us with all our needs. check in was smooth and easy!

Just had a fabulous five nights in a spacious Superior Studio with a Jacuzzi. It was sparkling clean, authentically Italian, and the location can’t be beat—one minute from the Spanish Steps! Perfect base for exploring, with a lovely terrace view!

Now, if only I could figure out how to operate the Jacuzzi without turning it into a boiling pot!

This place blew my mind! Super close to the Spanish Steps, and the high-end shops around were a nice surprise. The daily cleaning really kept things fresh, and loved the little extras like chocolates and cold drinks in the fridge.

It was just an appropriate option for a brief sojourn in Rome with all in all brilliant value for money. The location made it super easy to quickly walk to the Spanish Steps, saving us time for exploring. Make sure to ask for local dining recommendations from the staff. they have great suggestions!
