The location was a bit far from the shops and restaurants, but the general stay was okay. The breakfast provided was a big plus, especially if you wanted to hit the slopes early. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall experience. the tastefully decorated rooms and convenient coffee bar in the lobby were some of the advantages.

The staff is friendly, the location slightly away from the busy center of town is a plus, and parking is available for a fee. The hotel provides great amenities for families, including nightly smores, a hot tub, and a sauna. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is great, and the overall service from the staff is fantastic. The walls are so thin that I could hear everything my neighbors were doing. they forced us to store our ski gear in the parkade which was not secure at all.

We had a fantastic stay at this lodge! The beds were incredibly comfortable, giving us the best night's sleep in ages. We also loved that they were pet-friendly, which was perfect for our young family. The hotel provided underground parking and a delicious complimentary breakfast. The room had a refreshing natural scent, giving us that true Banff experience. The spacious shower and tub were a luxury, and the hotel's soap and lotion had an amazing natural fragrance. The staff were kind and attentive, working hard to make our stay enjoyable. We also enjoyed the Happy Camper lounge area for drinks with friends and the unique room decor. The outdoor area, complete with hot tubs and seating, was a fantastic addition. We couldn't have asked for more!

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the ski areas and just a short walk to the center of town with its many restaurants.
