The reception lady was amazing, friendly, and welcoming. The suite was fabulous and provided a relaxing stay. The breakfast options were different everyday. Close parking and great front desk customer service. The location is convenient for Bay Area travelers and there is spacious underground parking.

One of the downsides of our Christmas stay at this hotel was the limited food options available. We were disappointed to find that there were no dining services at the hotel and that nearby restaurants were not within walking distance.
