The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us when our requested room wasn't available. The room itself was like a bachelor apartment, with a fully equipped kitchenette that was perfect for our needs. The hotel was very quiet, even with families staying there. The breakfast was adequate and the 24-hour coffee/hot chocolate and fruit bar was a hit with my kids. The pool and waterslide were great, although the water was a bit cold. I highly recommend Staybridge Suites for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Despite being located so close to the airport, this hotel is not near the terminal, taking about 25 minutes to get there without a car. However, the hotel is well-equipped and comfortable, with great facilities like a swimming pool and slide that were lots of fun for the kids. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The heating system was very noisy and we had to turn it off at night. Additionally, the walls and ceiling were not sound insulated, which meant that we could hear every step taken by guests in the rooms above us, causing a lot of disturbance during the night.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The kitchenette in our suite was a lifesaver, as it allowed us to prepare meals for our little girl with ease. The complementary breakfast had a great range of options, and the living room and bedroom were equipped with large flat screens for our viewing pleasure. The staff, especially the receptionist Deep and her colleagues, were incredibly courteous and warm, always willing to assist. The location was also perfect, with close proximity to big shopping malls and the Peter Lougheed Hospital.

During the Christmas holidays, I stayed in a hotel that offered some free snacks and drinks in the lobby area and a complimentary breakfast which was quite good. the hotel was located near popular tourist spots and restaurants which was convenient. I appreciated the friendly staff who provided great customer service.

There were stains on the sheets and blankets, and even though the staff quickly changed them, it was an unpleasant start to the stay. the room was quite small and cramped which made it difficult to move around with luggage.

Our stay at Staybridge Suites was excellent. The value for money was great, with a comfortable room and a convenient kitchenette that allowed us to store and reheat leftovers. The location was easy to access, and the staff went above and beyond, even helping us retrieve a forgotten item the day after our stay.

The morning meal could have been improved with better options for hand wash in the washroom.
