The location of the hotel is very central and offers a dramatic view of Halifax harbor. The front desk staff was polite and the check-in included excellent cookies. They have a pool that our 11-year-old son thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel also has laundry facilities on-site, which was very convenient for us. The staff was helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. We also appreciated the ability to keep our car parked in the parking lot even after checking out while we explored downtown. the amenities and services provided were great, especially considering the price.

We loved staying at this boutique hotel. The location was perfect, surrounded by great restaurants and within walking distance to popular tourist attractions. The service was exceptional, and the staff was very accommodating to our requests, just like a waiter in a fancy restaurant.

The only thing that we would change is the attitude of the concierge upon arrival. However, overall, this place is highly recommended to family and friends.

The room was unbearably hot despite the A/C showing that it was set to a lower temperature. Despite notifying the front desk, a remedy was not provided and only breakfast vouchers were offered as compensation.

The noise levels from outside were quite high. Construction started early in the morning and traffic noise could be heard from the third-floor room.
