We had an incredible stay at a luxury hotel in Cusco. the Palacio del Inka, a part of the Luxury Collection, exceeded our expectations. the staff was attentive and spoke English, which made our experience even better. the historical building, once a palace of the Inca Emperor and later of Francisco Pizarro, felt like a museum with modern amenities. Our room on the top floor was elegant and spacious, with a beautiful view of the city from the small balcony. the location was perfect for exploring the old part of Cusco on foot. Breakfast was outstanding, although we're not big breakfast eaters.

From being upgraded to a suite to enjoying the delicious complimentary breakfast, every detail was taken care of. the dining room and outdoor courtyard were stunning, adding to the overall aesthetic experience. the hotel offers a complimentary pisco sour class, which was engaging and a ton of fun. the location is also perfect for exploring the city, as it is centrally located and on flat ground, making it easy for tour operators to pick you up. Lastly, the spa at Palacio del Inka was top-notch, providing a luxurious and relaxing experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly memorable stay in Cusco.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and feels like an art museum. The room we stayed in was comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and even arranged for a doctor when one of us felt sick. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to walk to the main square and historical sites.

Wonderful location in a historical building combining Incan and Spanish influences. Personalized service, live Peruvian music, comfortable bed, and serene atmosphere. Loved every second there and wish we could have stayed longer!

Staying at this hotel was like being transported back in time to an era of luxury and elegance. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings was amazing. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and the breakfast was excellent. we had an unforgettable experience. One specific advantage was that the staff went above and beyond to return items left behind after check-out.

Fantastic travel agency for exploring Cusco. Very kind and helpful staff, especially Rosario at the concierge desk. Delightful thermal pool and spa. Ideal for a 7-day stay to truly enjoy the city and all the hotel offers. Will always choose this hotel in future Cusco visits.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the Pisco sour demo was informative. Tea, including coca tea for altitude, was always available. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned multiple times a day. The hotel had a great location.

I felt so welcome, nothing to complain about.
