The staff arranged a ride to the airport quickly. The fridge didn't cool our drinks.

The staff were incredibly attentive, anticipating our needs. Breakfast was a standout with a variety of options, including delicious local dishes that made our mornings memorable.

However, the lack of air conditioning made some nights uncomfortable, and the noisy surroundings could disrupt sleep. A more extensive spa facility would have been nice too.

Y’all, the breakfast was just outta this world! That French Toast made with local bread? I could eat it every mornin'. Plus, folks like Hector made sure my gluten-sensitive family member had all they needed. And don't even get me started on the warm hospitality from Goyo—bless his heart! Ain’t nothin' like it!

We enjoyed our stay immensely due to the central location, just steps from the main plaza, making it easy to explore local shops and restaurants. The staff was incredibly attentive and went out of their way to assist us, including helping with our many requests. Our room was spacious and comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a day of activities.

The only downside was the lack of a steam bath, which would have enhanced the spa experience.

The mixology class was a fun experience, and I appreciated the detailed attention to comfort, like having coca tea available. The bar offered a nice view. One memorable moment was meeting a baby alpaca in the courtyard, which was adorable. The staff were attentive, helping with queries and local tour guidance. Overall, it was a central location, close to shops and sights.

We had an amazing three-night stay, particularly enjoying the spa treatments and the heavenly breakfast spread each morning. The Imperial Junior Suite we stayed in was spacious and lavish, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Each morning included a delightful encounter with a baby alpaca in the charming courtyard, adding to the magic!

The location is perfect, right next to a stunning temple. The only downside was the noisy surroundings, which made sleep difficult. We enjoyed the walking tours that provided great insights into local culture.

We had an amazing time! The Classic Room was spacious with a nice seating area, minibar, and a private bathroom. Loved the fluffy bathrobes and the hot tub in the spa. The breakfast was decadent, and we took advantage of the fitness center. Staff went above and beyond, making each day special!

The hotel is a stunning blend of history and comfort, perfectly located in Cusco. We enjoyed a delightful breakfast every morning and were wowed by the friendly staff who made our stay extra special. The open courtyard was particularly charming.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great to have more activities for families.
