For the money we paid, we definitely got great value. The room was incredibly comfortable, especially the bed. The location was perfect - close to town yet still felt like a peaceful getaway. The staff were kind and helpful, even when I left my phone behind in the room. And the pool and hot tub facility was fantastic, a perfect 10/10!

The only thing that could have made the hotel breakfast better was if there were more options to choose from.

We had a fantastic stay at The Westin Bear Mountain Resort. The hotel is beautifully located in the mountains, providing stunning views. The staff, especially Mark at the front desk, were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. Our suite was spacious, with a comfortable bed and impeccable cleanliness. The food offerings throughout the resort were delicious, particularly at Jack's and the Masters lounge. The pool area was excellent, with a DJ and a great poolside bar. a classy and enjoyable experience.

The location is a bit far from Victoria and requires a long drive on unfamiliar roads. Some rooms may be noisy due to proximity to air conditioning units.
