We had a fantastic stay at Puro Poznan. the hotel and room were both fantastic, perfect for a couple. Everything was very clean and fresh, and the room service was amazing. the staff were always helpful and had a smile on their faces. the location was excellent, just a 3-minute walk to the Old Town. We will definitely be back.

No patio/garden/moat side like the sister hotel in Wrocław.

We had an amazing time staying at this place. The location is awesome too, as it is perfect for a visit to the beautiful city center with plenty of bars and restaurants. The room was big enough for a king bed and two cribs, and it was only minutes away from the old square. The staff here are very friendly and the rooms are pretty modern and clean. The service, room service, and housekeeping were excellent, and the staff were very helpful and willing to meet all our wishes.

We loved the location of this hotel, right in the heart of the city and at walking distance to all the main attractions within Old Town. The service provided by the staff was exceptional and they answered all our questions and requests. Our room was spacious, modern, and included great amenities such as an in-room safe and soundproofed walls. We also enjoyed the terrace and garden furniture.

The rooms are modern and comfortable, with state-of-the-art features like tablet control and underfloor heating. The staff is professional and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfasts are delicious and varied, with both buffet and a la carte options. Plus, the lobby offers complimentary coffee and hot chocolate for guests to enjoy.

The staff here were extremely helpful and kind, particularly Natalia at the front desk who went above and beyond to assist us with our travel plans. The breakfast offered a great selection and we especially enjoyed the option to order a delicious cup of coffee at the bar.
