I recently stayed at Best Western Premier in a financial area of the city. The location was secure and peaceful, and the subway station and banks were just a short walk away. There was even a Starbucks across the street! I loved the proximity to the Parque Arauco shopping center. The breakfast was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the swimming pool on the top floor was a great addition. a very good hotel experience.

They were always willing to help with any requests or recommendations and spoke English fluently. the location was also great, being close to the metro and a shopping mall with a food court. It was easy to get around and find places to eat. Another advantage was the good free wifi, which was reliable and fast.

I had a major issue with the billing during my stay. the hotel charged me twice for the room, even after I had checked out and paid the correct amount.
