The grilled meat at a nearby eatery was a revelation—tender and bursting with flavor! I was also pleased with the spacious double room, which offered plenty of space to unwind after my culinary adventures and was conveniently close to the beach.

I would have liked it better if there was an ice machine, but the staff went above and beyond by letting me store my meds in their personal fridge. A small hiccup, but everything else shined!

During my stay, the towels were incredibly worn out and stained. I was not pleased to find holes in the comforter as well. The room, while clean, had a lingering musty odor, which detracted from the overall experience. I expected more attention to detail considering the location's appeal.

I enjoyed my stay at Del Mar Inn Playas! The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the beach, and getting to chat with federal police officers added a quirky touch. Breakfast at the nearby restaurant was simply delicious, and I felt safe with the visible security.

However, I was disappointed that the pool was empty due to maintenance, and the front desk staff could have been more welcoming. The noise from roll calls during early hours also made rest difficult.

An ice machine is a basic necessity, especially for keeping medications cold!!! The advertised amenities are misleading. I was disappointed not to find an actual bar!!! Loved the area, but the slow internet needs serious attention!!!

My recent stay exceeded expectations! With a prime location just a short stroll from the beach, I loved the spacious double rooms. The staff was exceptionally accommodating, making my late arrival stress-free. Breakfast at the nearby restaurant blew me away. I also felt safe with visible security throughout the property. Can't wait to return!

The room was clean and spacious, which was a nice surprise. However, the towels looked like they've seen better days, not quite fresh and bright. I noticed some strange stains, too. The comforter had holes, which was a bit disappointing. The bathroom was decent, nothing fancy but functional. The beds were comfy enough for a good night's sleep, so that was a plus. Overall, it was okay for a short stay, but it could use some updates and better linens.

I stayed 4 nights and needed a place close to some friends' home. I noticed many police cars in the parking area and learned they were stationed there during their shifts. It was interesting to spend some time chatting with a couple of officers. The place was clean and the breakfast nearby was good. I appreciated being so close to the beach and enjoyed easy cell phone signal reception. I would stay here again.
