We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel on the edge of the old town. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was cozy, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities and a tea and coffee maker. The highlight of our stay was definitely the incredible onsite restaurant, where we enjoyed a delicious dinner in the beautiful terrace garden. The location was also very convenient, with the train station and downtown just a short walk away. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to everyone.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was very close to the centre of town. The train station was also within walking distance, which was convenient. The room was clean, warm, and comfortable, and the bathroom was just the right size. The staff spoke English and were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful, with a lot of options to choose from. The hotel even had a private lounge area for guests to relax in. the facilities and room advantages made our stay very enjoyable.

One negative aspect was that the photographs on the hotel's website were misleading, creating an impression of excellent service that wasn't available.

Really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the attentive staff. Also liked the location which was within walking distance from the train station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. the room was cozy and had a nice historical feel to it.

The lack of aircon made for an unpleasant night's sleep. the room got hot and stuffy even with the fan on and windows open.

As youngsters, we loved the unique, old-world charm of the hotel's decor and furniture. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The hotel was also wonderfully quiet, perfect for relaxation. The artwork throughout the hotel, especially the lithos by Alois Carigiet, added a touch of elegance and beauty. Additionally, the breakfast provided was really good, offering a wide variety of delicious options.

We felt very well during our stay, with no complaints whatsoever.

Lovely hotel in the heart of a charming Swiss town. Our room had a breathtaking view of the old town, and the bed was so comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The location was perfect, close to the old town and the train station. We even took a day trip to St Moritz, which was absolutely worth it. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and memorable stay.

I had a delightful stay at the charming Romatik Hotel Stern on the outskirts of the Old Town. the room, particularly room 202, was spacious enough and had good lighting. Despite the heat during my stay, the hotel provided a fan to keep me cool. Although there was no view and amenities like a safe or refrigerator were lacking, the quality of the towels was impressive. One of the highlights of my stay was enjoying dinner in the outside garden, which required a reservation. the experience was truly exceptional, thanks to the perseverance of my companion and the hospitality of the hotel's host. the hotel's unique decor added a touch of tradition and fun to the overall experience. Lastly, the breakfast in the cozy breakfast room was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.
