Modern, spacious rooms and good dining. Efficient English check-in/out. Built after earthquake across from mall. Good TV and wifi. Clean and comfortable.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at the modern 4-star hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the showers were great, and the hotel was very quiet. Its location across from a mall with restaurants, banks, and shops was convenient. The rooftop pool and spa were a cool addition. The complimentary breakfast was very good, and we appreciated the 2 complimentary beverages upon arrival. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

The hotel is situated near the biggest mall in the city, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. the bilingual staff was very helpful and friendly, and arranged for taxi services for me. Lastly, the hotel restaurant offered great entrees with excellent presentation.

Although the hotel has a convenient location, accessing it can be challenging due to the complex road systems. the structure of the hotel led to some noise traveling upwards, but it wasn't too bad.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Concepcion and had a great experience. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the airport and right next to a shopping mall. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and they even arranged taxis for us. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. it was a fantastic stay!

This hotel is truly luxurious. the exclusive amenities provided are top, notch and exceeded my expectations. the Spa & wellness center is a must, visit for anyone looking for a relaxing and refreshing experience. the massage service is simply outstanding and a full body massage is highly recommended. the sauna and steam room are also excellent facilities that guests should check out. the outdoor swimming pool is pristine and the sun loungers are very comfortable. the restaurant serves exceptional food and the in, room breakfast is a welcome addition. the bar/lounge area is perfect for unwinding and the snack bar has delicious treats. the location advantages are also notable, with private facilities and a serene atmosphere.

The slow WiFi. It was frustrating when trying to use it in my room, I even had to sit in the corridor for better signal.
