We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, with a perfect view of the Bund. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the in-room food was great. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we especially enjoyed the rooftop bar. The location was also ideal, as it was close to other popular hotels and attractions in the city.

My stay at this hotel was worth every penny. The room was fantastic, with amazing views of the Pudong skyline and a comfortable sleeping environment. The hotel's location in a more private area made it quieter and more relaxing. The staff treated us like royalty, with smart-looking and courteous staff members who provided a warm welcome and excellent service throughout our stay.

The breakfast experience could be improved with more variety and options to cater to different dietary preferences.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the location near the Bund was great, we enjoyed the restaurant Ocean's and the breakfast buffet. We were also impressed by the option for early check-in and late check-out.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff went the extra mile in the Oceans restaurant. The location was very close to the ferry, making transportation convenient. The breakfast spread was delicious and diverse, catering to different preferences.

It was all superb.

The helpful Spanish receptionist and accommodating service created a comfortable atmosphere. Special rose petals were given for our anniversary. The view from the 8th floor was amazing, spacious rooms, and a nice spa. Late check-out was appreciated.

The rooms had amazing views of the city skyline and the rooftop bar was fantastic. the hotel also had a private pool in the room which was a great feature. the location was convenient, with easy access to taxis and a shuttle service provided.

The hotel was not actually located on the Bund as advertised, which was a bit disappointing. the staff's English skills were not very good, which made communication difficult at times.

Had an amazing weekend getaway at the Banyan Tree Shanghai! Poolrooms with incredible view, comfortable bed, attentive staff, complimentary drinks. Will be back soon!

Everything is what i need and want.

The staff at the hotel were welcoming and courteous, providing a hot towel during check-in and upgrading our room for a birthday celebration. The room had a beautiful view of the Bund and was more comfortable than other 5-star hotels in Shanghai. The hotel also allowed for a late check-out, ensuring a fantastic experience throughout our stay.
