the room amenities were exceptional, including a well-stocked minibar and plush bathrobes. the Spa & Wellness Centre provided the ultimate relaxation with massages and a sauna. the location was optimal, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants.

The only minor issue was with the restaurant service, which tended to be a bit slow. the quality of the food was superb and made up for the wait.

Great location close to public transportation and local shops. The hotel has spacious rooms with great fittings and a separate bedroom. The hotel staff is helpful, providing excellent service. The charges for the rooms are also reasonable.

The breakfast is not as good as advertised, and there is not a lot of variety. They claim to be a western restaurant, but it was mainly Chinese food, and simple things like butter were not available. The facilities that are advertised, such as the fitness center and indoor pool, are closed for renovations. Also, the carpets in the rooms need proper cleaning, while the bathroom needs maintenance.
