There is an abundance of bottled water and tea choices. The hotel provides thoughtful amenities such as 2 wash basins and comfortable slippers.

Great view and delicious breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. Conveniently located near many tourist attractions and easy access to public transportation. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious enough for two people.

The hotel staff was unhelpful and unfriendly during our Xmas stay. We encountered issues with our room key and it took a long time to get it resolved. The room was not properly cleaned and we found hair in the bathroom and on the bed. a disappointing experience.

the service was impeccable, with attentive staff making me feel right at home. the sauna and swimming pool were top notch, providing a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring the venue. the restaurant provided a fantastic continental breakfast, and the bar/lounge area was the perfect spot to enjoy a few cocktails.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the bellmen greeting us at the door to the cleaning staff accommodating our jet lag sleep schedule. The room in the Crown Tower was massive and beautiful, with plenty of free water and fresh fruit provided daily. The breakfast was superb, with a great view, and the restaurant and other hotel facilities were excellent. We also loved the personal touch and attention to detail throughout our stay.

Conveniently located near the airport, in the vibrant Kotai Area, this hotel offers spacious rooms with comfortable Simmons mattresses and top-quality linens. The gym is impressive, and the heated pool is a plus. The lobby bar is sophisticated, and the reception area is peaceful. The staff is helpful and accommodating.

The lack of a coffee shop in the hotel was disappointing, as it meant having to go to a neighboring hotel for a cup of coffee. Additionally, the room was not cleaned on the second day of my stay, which was a letdown.

Amazing service and attention to detail at Nuwa Macau. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and personalized birthday treat they prepared for me. The House of Dancing Water show was absolutely spectacular. The buffet selection at breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I also enjoyed lounging by the pool, with the staff ensuring I was comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.
